What Create Your Frequency does
A studio inside the app for building your own sessions, in the spirit of a music production tool.
Instead of playing one frequency for as long as you sit there, you sequence them. 111 Hz and 100 Hz for five seconds, then 220 Hz and 200 Hz for seven seconds, with a sound layered underneath the whole thing. You are composing a session rather than selecting one.
What you can put on the timeline:
- Generated frequency segments with set durations
- Sounds from the app library
- Audio imported from your phone
- Meditations you recorded in the app
- Live recordings you make on the spot
Drag any segment to change its length, adjust volume per layer, and delete what is not working.
Presets give you a starting point. Pick a focus template and it loads a sequence already built with frequencies and sounds, which you then edit rather than starting from an empty timeline.
