Solfeggio tones and the sync button

Solfeggio refers to a set of nine specific tones with a long history in sound healing traditions. If you have searched frequencies online, these are almost certainly what you found. 528 Hz is the best known of them.

They work differently from the brainwave tab. Brainwave states come from the difference between two tones. Solfeggio work is usually about receiving one pure tone at a specific value.

The middle button syncs both ears. Tap it before you select a tone and both ears play the same frequency, giving you one pure tone. Leave it off and only one ear plays.

That distinction is not obvious in the current interface and it confuses almost everyone the first time. If you selected a Solfeggio tone and it sounded lopsided, that is why. Tap the sync button.

Use one pure tone when you want the effect of that specific frequency. Use two different tones when you want to shift your brain state.
