What High Frequency Highway is

High Frequency Highway is two things working together.

The first is a pair of bone conduction headphones. They rest on your cheekbones instead of going in or over your ears, and they transmit sound as vibration through the bone of your skull directly to your inner ear.

The second is the app. It generates precise hertz frequencies in real time on your phone and streams a library of sounds. When you play a frequency through the headphones, the transducers physically vibrate against your face at that rate. A 100 Hz frequency means the transducer vibrates 100 times per second. You hear it and you feel it at the same time.

People use it to fall asleep faster, lock into focused work, calm anxiety, meditate, recover, and shift out of a state they are stuck in. Founder J built it after being prescribed Vyvanse for ADHD and disliking what the medication did to his appetite and training.

You can use the app on its own without the headphones. You get the sounds, the AI meditations, and the audible frequency tones. What you do not get without bone conduction headphones is the physical vibration, which is the part most people describe as the shift.
