    Using it safely

High Frequency Highway is a wellness product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a medical device.

Talk to your doctor first if any of these apply to you.

    • Epilepsy or any seizure disorder, or a history of seizures in your family. Rhythmic audio stimulation can be a trigger for some people.
    • A pacemaker, cochlear implant, or any implanted electronic device.
    • Pregnancy.
    • A diagnosed psychiatric condition, or if you are currently in treatment.
    • Hearing loss, tinnitus, or you wear hearing aids.

Never use it while driving, cycling, or operating machinery. Focus, sleep, and relaxation states are not compatible with anything that needs your full attention.

Protect your hearing. Volume is how you control vibration intensity, which creates pressure to turn it up. Long sessions at high volume damage hearing regardless of how the sound is delivered. Set it just high enough to feel a light buzz.

Stop if you feel unwell. Headache, dizziness, nausea, agitation, or visual disturbance means stop the session. If it happens again, stop using the product and speak to a doctor.

Do not use it in place of medical care. If you are managing a condition, keep working with your clinician. Do not change or stop a prescription because of anything you experience with this product.
