App crashes, slow screens, and stuck loading

Leaderboard stuck loading. Known issue and being fixed. Close it and try again shortly.

Reminders not firing. Sound Setting has a known bug. Confirm notifications are enabled for the app in your phone settings while it is being fixed.

Read Your Frequency not responding. Check microphone permission for the app. This feature has also been unstable in test builds.

General crashes. Force close and reopen, then check the App Store or Google Play for an update. If it persists, delete and reinstall, then use restore purchase to bring your premium back.

Distorted audio when mixing. Pull individual layer volumes down or remove layers. There is no hard limit on how many sounds you can stack, and large stacks have not been fully tested.

When you contact support, include your phone model, OS version, app version, and what you were doing when it happened. That combination is what lets the engineering team reproduce it.
