Notifications and daily affirmations
Settings holds two notification controls.
Daily reminder. A nudge to tune in.
Motivational messages. A daily affirmation delivered as a notification each morning.
Toggle either on or off at any time. If you declined notifications during onboarding, you can turn them on here, and you may also need to allow notifications for the app in your phone's system settings.
More control over timing and affirmation type is planned.
