The physical buttons and quick actions
The headphones have physical controls covered in the in-app device guide under Settings. Open Settings, go to the headphones section, and tap Device Guide to see what each button does on your model.
Two of those buttons are programmable quick actions, one on the left side and one on the right.
What a quick action does. You assign a frequency to a button. Press the button and the app generates that exact frequency. Press it again and it stops. No unlocking your phone, no navigating the app.
How to set them up. Settings, headphones, Customize. The left button currently asks you to type a raw frequency number. The right button offers emotion and state categories instead. Both buttons perform the same function, so you can program two different on-demand frequencies. A common setup is one button for focus and one for sleep.
A note on the current build. The two configuration screens ask for the same thing in two different ways, which is a leftover from launch. It is on the list to make consistent.
