Sound and frequency presets

A section on the home screen holds presets that play a sound and a frequency at the same time. This is the fastest route to the full experience.

Quantum Calm, for example, plays a calm ambient bed while generating 110 Hz in your left ear and 103 Hz in your right. You get the atmosphere from the sound and the physical vibration and entrainment from the frequency, in one tap.

The hertz values are printed on the preset so you can see exactly what you are receiving. Tap the X to stop both together.
