Frequency For You
The large button at the top of your home screen. Tap it and it plays a recommended track for you.
The recommendation is based on the goal you selected during onboarding and what you have been listening to. It refreshes daily, so there is a new one waiting each day. Treat it as your starting point when you open the app and do not know what you want.
One thing to know about the current version: this button plays a sound rather than a generated frequency, despite the name. If you want the physical vibration, go to the Generator. Renaming this is on the roadmap.
